So, without further ado, lets learn how to make beef brawn rolls bites recipe.

Ingredients

Dough:

1 ¾ cups of All purpose flour ( plus extra for dusting and kneading)

¼ tsp of salt

1 tsp of Yeast

½ tsp of sugar

½ cup of warm water

3 Tbsp of Oil

Filling:

1 Packet of Farmer’s Choice Beef Brawn

1 white onion  or red onion

1 bunch of Coriander/Dhania

 

Directions

 

Step 1: Cut the beef brawn into small strips and keep aside

Step 2: Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, salt and baking powder together

Step 3: Add the water gradually to the flour mixture above to form dough

Step 4: Transfer the dough to a flat surface to knead thoroughly until soft and not sticking to the hands.

Step 5: Put the ready dough in a bowl and keep it aside to rest for 30-40 minutes to double in size.

Step 6: After 30-40 minutes, punch down and knead the dough for 5 minutes. Roll out the dough into a circular or rectangular shape of less than quarter inch thickness.

Step 7: Then add your filling – Beef brawn

Step 8: Next, sprinkle white  or red onions and coriander/dhania on top.

Step 9: Now roll your circle or rectangular dough like a Swiss roll.

Step 10: Cut the Swiss roll dough into 10-11 pieces

Step 11: Place the pieces on a greased baking tray or dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.
