500 g packet of Farmer’s Choice Spicy Chicken Sausages
Oil to fry
1 medium Red bell pepper (diced into cubes)
1 Medium Yellow bell pepper (diced into cubes)
2 medium tomatoes (Diced into cubes)
1 medium Green bell pepper
¼ cup of water
2 cloves of garlic (diced into small pieces)
1 onion (diced)
1 ½ cups of Cooked rice
Salt to Taste
Step 1: Get 8 sausages from the packet
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and fry your spicy sausages until brown
Step 3: Once done, set them aside to cool
Step 4: When the sausages are completely cool, cut them into pieces and set aside
Step 5: In a cooking pan, fry onions and garlic until soft
Step 6: Add the tomatoes and cook until they form a sauce. Next add the water and salt.
Step 7: Pick your diced bell peppers ( yellow, green and red) and add to the cooking tomato sauce.
Step 8: Next add in the diced spicy sausages
Step 9: Stir the ingredients well and cook for a minute.
Step 10: Grab your cooked rice and add in small portions. Mix the rice well with the sausage vegetable mixture.
Turn off the heat , serve and enjoy 🙂
